The monthly program participation fee is $24.95
Meal Replacements, Supplements, and Supplies
Your Medical Weight Management Program will
include meal plans that may or may not include meal supplements
and nutritional supplements as well as ancillary items such
as scales, pedometers, and body fat analyzers. These items
will be made available to you through the Web site and purchased
at competitive prices.
Medical Care and Dietary Consults
These are billed on a per visit basis.
